Ingredients

Turkey breast cutlets, 1.5 lbs (thinly sliced)
Breadcrumbs, 1/2 cup
Parmesan cheese, 1/3 cup (grated)
Eggs, 2 (beaten)

Instructions

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C)
Place turkey cutlets in a shallow dish
