Instructions

  1. Remove outer cabbage leaves and rinse thoroughly.
  2. Pat cabbage dry and slice into thin ribbons.
  3. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over high heat.
  4. Add half the cabbage and cook undisturbed for 2 minutes.
  5. Stir and cook for 2 more minutes until crispy.
  6. Add remaining cabbage and repeat the process.
  7. Pour in apple cider vinegar and honey while stirring.
  8. Add caraway seeds and toss well.
  9. Season with sea salt and black pepper.
