Instructions
- Squeeze fresh lemon juice into a glass.
- Add filtered room temperature water.
- Measure and add baking soda slowly.
- Stir gently while the mixture fizzes.
- Add raw honey if desired.
- Add a pinch of pink Himalayan salt.
- Add cayenne pepper if using.
- Drink immediately while still fizzy.
- Consume on an empty stomach before breakfast.
- Follow with a glass of plain water.
