Instructions
- Pour 8 ounces filtered water into a clear glass.
- Measure ½ teaspoon food-grade baking soda with a standard measuring spoon.
- Gather optional ingredients such as lemon juice, honey, ginger powder, and sea salt.
- Add the measured baking soda directly into the glass of water.
- Stir vigorously with a spoon for 10 to 15 seconds.
- Continue stirring until the baking soda dissolves and the fizzing settles.
- Add ½ teaspoon fresh lemon juice if desired.
- Stir in ½ teaspoon raw honey if you prefer a slightly sweet taste.
- Add a pinch of sea salt if using.
- Add a pinch of ginger powder if desired.
- Stir one final time until all ingredients are evenly combined.
- Drink immediately after preparation while the mixture is still fizzy.
- Sip slowly over 2 to 3 minutes instead of drinking all at once.

Use food-grade baking soda only and measure carefully. Room temperature water helps the baking soda dissolve smoothly. Drink immediately after mixing because the fizz fades within 5 to 10 minutes.
