Instructions
- Grind 2 tablespoons whole coffee beans using a burr grinder set to medium coarseness, similar to sea salt.
- Heat 8 to 10 fluid ounces filtered water to 195 to 205 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Place the ground coffee into your brewing device.
- Pour hot water slowly over the ground beans.

- Do not over-steep, or the coffee may become bitter.
- Pour the finished black coffee into your favorite mug immediately after brewing.
