- 1 cup Sea Salt
- 2 tablespoons Blue Spirulina Powder
- 1 tablespoon Dried Herbs
- 1 teaspoon Lemon Zest
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder

Instructions
- Measure one cup of premium sea salt into a medium mixing bowl and zest one organic lemon directly into the bowl.
- Pour two tablespoons of blue spirulina powder into a separate small bowl to break up any clumps before adding.
- Combine one tablespoon of dried herbs with one teaspoon of garlic powder and ½ teaspoon of fresh black pepper in a small dish.
- Add the blue spirulina powder to the salt mixture gradually while stirring constantly to prevent lumping, mixing for approximately two minutes until a uniform pale blue color is achieved.
- Sprinkle the dried herb mixture, lemon zest, and black pepper into the salt, folding gently using a rubber spatula.
- Spread the mixture evenly across a parchment-lined baking sheet and allow to air-dry for five minutes in a cool, dry location away from direct sunlight.
- Gently break up any remaining clumps and transfer the finished finishing salt to an airtight glass container for storage.
Notes
Use a gentle folding motion rather than vigorous stirring to avoid crushing delicate salt crystals. Dry completely before storing to prevent moisture absorption and clumping. Avoid iodized table salt which creates a metallic flavor and clouds the vibrant blue color.
