Instructions

- Pour the cold-pressed flax oil directly into the cottage cheese.
- Add the raw honey if using.
- Stir the cottage cheese, flax oil, and honey together with a fork or wooden spoon.
- Continue mixing for 2-3 minutes until the oil fully incorporates and the texture becomes smooth and creamy.
- Grind the whole flaxseeds using a coffee grinder or food processor.
- Add the freshly ground flaxseed immediately to the cottage cheese mixture.
- Fold in the fresh fruit.
- Add the nuts or seeds for texture.
- Mix gently until everything is evenly combined.
- Serve immediately for the best freshness and nutritional value.
Notes
Use fresh, refrigerated flax oil and never heat it. Grind flaxseeds immediately before mixing because ground flaxseed oxidizes quickly. Consume the recipe right after preparation for maximum freshness.
