Ingredients

4 cod fillets (about 6 ounces each)

2 lemons, 1 thinly sliced, 1 zest and juice
1/4 cup fresh dill, chopped
4 garlic cloves, minced
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C)
In a small bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, 1/2 of the chopped dill, minced garlic, salt, and pepper
Place cod fillets in a baking dish, pour the marinade over them, and top with lemon slices and remaining dill
