Ingredients

1 lb lean ground beef
4 romaine lettuce leaves
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 small onion, diced
2 tsp taco seasoning (no pork/meat)
1 cup diced tomatoes
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
2 avocados, sliced
1/2 cup salsa
2 tbsp lime juice
2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high. Cook beef, garlic, and onion 8-10 minutes until browned
Season with taco seasoning and lime juice, simmer 2 minutes
Assemble salads by placing romaine in bowls, top with beef mixture, tomatoes, cheese, avocado, and salsa
