2 whole wheat tortillas
1 cup (240ml) full-fat Greek yogurt
1 tablespoon ranch seasoning (no dairy)
1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
1/4 cup chopped green onion
Salt to taste
Lettuce leaves (optional)
Lemon juice (1 tsp, optional)
Instructions
Pat chicken dry with paper towel
Season chicken with 1/2 tsp salt and 1 tsp lemon juice
Heat 1 tsp oil in skillet over medium-high
Sear chicken for 2-3 minutes per side until golden and cooked
Let rest 5 minutes then slice into strips
Blend Greek yogurt with ranch seasoning until smooth
Assemble wraps: Spread tortilla with yogurt ranch, layer lettuce, chicken, cucumber, cilantro, and green onion
Fold tortilla into snug wrap
