Ingredients

4 large egg whites
1 cup low-fat cottage cheese (creamy)
1 cup fresh spinach leaves
1/2 cup diced bell peppers

4 whole grain tortillas

Instructions

Separate egg whites and beat until fluffy, about 3 minutes
