Ingredients
2 cooked turkey breasts (4½ cups chopped), 2 medium cucumbers (diced), ½ cup Greek yogurt, 1 tbsp fresh dill (chopped), ¼ cup red onion (finely diced), 1½ tbsp lemon juice, 1 tsp olive oil, salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Chop cooled turkey breasts into cubes
Dice cucumbers and finely chop red onion
Combine turkey, cucumbers, and onion in a bowl
Make dressing by mixing Greek yogurt, lemon juice, olive oil, dill, salt, and pepper
Stir dressing into salad and toss gently
Serve chilled or at room temperature
Notes
Use leftover cooked turkey for convenience
Add cherry tomatoes for extra freshness
