Ingredients
8 oz cream cheese, softened
15 oz Greek yogurt (full fat or non-fat)
2 scoops vanilla whey protein powder
1/4 cup lemon juice
2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups fresh blueberries (simple syrup optional)
Pinch of salt
Instructions
Combine cream cheese, Greek yogurt, and whey protein in a bowl
Add lemon juice, honey, vanilla, and salt
Mix until smooth and spoonable
Fold in blueberries gently
Refrigerate 1 hour to firm
Shape into 16 bite-sized rounds
Chill 30 minutes before serving
Notes
Use frozen blueberries if fresh unavailable (added puree gives moisture)
Substitute with non-dairy greek yogurt for vegan version
Store in single-layer airtight container, best within 48 hours
