6 slices halal turkey bacon
1 small cucumber
4 oz cream cheese, softened

Zest of 1 lemon
1 tsp garlic powder

Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C)
Slice chicken breast into 1/4-inch thick rounds
Sauté chicken slices in non-stick skillet 2-3 minutes per side until golden; bake 5 minutes for moisture
Crisp turkey bacon in pan, drain on paper towels
Thinly slice cucumber lengthwise (use a mandoline for precision)
Mix cream cheese, dill, lemon zest, garlic powder, salt, and pepper
Assemble by placing 1 tsp cream cheese mixture on each cucumber slice, top with chicken and bacon
Notes
Use parchment paper to bake chicken for less cleanup
Substitute smoked turkey bacon for extra flavor
Store assembled bites in airtight container for up to 2 days
For dill-free version, mix 1/2 tsp onion powder + 1/2 tsp parsley flakes
