Instructions
Preheat grill to medium-high heat
Season chicken with salt, pepper, and Dijon mustard
Grill chicken for 6-7 minutes per side until cooked through
Let chicken rest 5 minutes, then slice into strips
Wash romaine leaves and pat dry
