Ingredients
2 cups low-fat cottage cheese
2 tbsp buffalo sauce (spicy/non-alcoholic variant)
8 large celery stalks, cut into 2″ boat shapes
1 tbsp chopped scallions
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
Instructions
Mix cottage cheese with buffalo sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until smooth
Line a plate with paper towels and cut celery stalks to form boats (lengthwise cut with base intact)
Fill each celery boat with cottage cheese mixture
Top with scallions immediately before serving
Notes
Store filled boats in an airtight container up to 2 hours before serving
Serve with additional buffalo sauce or ranch dressing as optional dip
Substitute baby carrots for celery for a root vegetable alternative
