4 oz boneless skinless chicken breast
1/4 cup diced fresh tomatoes
1 head romaine lettuce (ripped into wide leaves)
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp dried oregano
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp black pepper
4 lettuce leaves for wrapping
1/4 cup plain non-fat yogurt
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp honey (optional)
1/2 cucumber (sliced, optional)
2 green onions (sliced, optional)

Instructions

Preheat sauté pan over medium-high heat.
Pat chicken dry and season with oregano, garlic powder, pepper, and 1 tsp olive oil.
Sear chicken 4 minutes per side until cooked through.
Whisk yogurt, lemon juice, and honey (if using). Chill sauce.
Assemble wraps by layering lettuce leaves with smoked chicken, tomatoes, cucumber/green onions, and 1 tsp sauce.
Garnish with extra lettuce, yogurt sauce, and chopped basil.
