Ingredients
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
4 cups mixed greens
1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
1/2 cup blueberries
1/2 cup raspberries
1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
3 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons cider vinegar
1 teaspoon honey
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
Grill 6-7 minutes per side, or until fully cooked.

Rinse and dry mixed greens.
In a large bowl, combine greens, strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, and red onion.
Top with sliced grilled chicken.
In a small bowl, whisk olive oil, cider vinegar, honey, salt, and pepper to make dressing.
Drizzle dressing over salad and serve immediately.
