2 medium cucumbers, diced
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
0.5 cup red onion, sliced and chilled
0.5 cup kalamata olives
0.5 cup non-fat Greek feta cheese, crumbled
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon dried oregano
0.5 teaspoon garlic powder
Pinch of salt
Freshly ground black pepper

Instructions

Place cubed turkey breast in a bowl and season with salt and pepper.
In another bowl, combine diced cucumbers, cherry tomatoes, red onion, kalamata olives, and crumbled feta.
