Ingredients

1 cup flaked smoked salmon (46 oz)
4 oz cream cheese, softened
2 medium cucumbers, peeled and thinly sliced
1 tbsp finely chopped fresh dill
1 tbsp capers, drained
1 tbsp lemon zest and juice
1 tsp Greek yogurt (optional for smoothness)
1/2 tbsp finely chopped fresh chives

Instructions

1. In a small bowl, mix softened cream cheese with dill, Greek yogurt, and lemon zest/juice until smooth.
2. Place thin cucumber slices on a serving plate.
3. Spread a small dollop of the cream cheese mixture over each slice.
4. Top with a tsp of flaked salmon and a few caper slices.
5. Garnish with fresh chives for added brightness.
6. Serve chilled or at room temperature.

Notes

Storage: Keep refrigerated for up to 24 hours. For higher protein, add 2 additional tbsp smoked salmon. Use capers in brine or olive oil (non-alcoholic). Chives can be substituted with green onions.
