Ingredients
2 English cucumbers, peeled and thinly sliced
1/2 lb large peeled shrimp
4 oz crumbled feta cheese
2 tbsp olive oil
1 garlic clove, minced
1 lemon, juiced
1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
1/4 tsp black pepper
Salt to taste
Instructions
Pound shrimp with a meat mallet until slightly flattened
Season with salt and black pepper
Heat oil in a pan over medium, sauté shrimp until pink, 2-3 minutes
Chill sautéed shrimp
Layer cucumber slices, shrimp, and feta cheese
Drizzle with lemon juice and olive oil
Garnish with garlic and fresh dill
Notes
