Ingredients
3 cups non-fat Greek yogurt
2 ripe medium bananas
1 cup fresh strawberries (sliced)
1/2 cup vanilla whey protein powder
1 tbsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
1/4 cup rolled oats
Sprinkle of cinnamon (optional)
Instructions
Mash bananas in a large bowl until smooth
Fold in Greek yogurt and vanilla protein powder
Add honey/maple syrup if using, then gently mix in strawberries and oats
Spoon mixture into silicone muffin molds lined with paper liners
Freeze for 3 hours or until firm
Store in an airtight container in the freezer
Notes
Use fresh or frozen strawberries – frozen will create a softer texture
For vegan version, substitute plant-based yogurt and protein powder
Best made in a food processor for smoother consistency
