Ingredients
6 oz turkey bacon strips (halal certified)
8 oz boneless skinless turkey breast, sliced into strips
4 cups mixed fresh greens (like romaine, spinach, arugula)
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1/2 cup corn kernels (fresh or frozen)
1/2 cup halal-friendly ranch dressing
1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 avocado, sliced
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C)
Place turkey bacon on a baking sheet, bake 12-15 minutes until crispy. Set aside
In a skillet, cook turkey strips over medium-high heat 4-5 minutes until browned and cooked through
Assemble bowls: Layer greens, hot turkey strips, baked bacon, cherry tomatoes, and corn
Top with ranch dressing, cheddar cheese, and avocado slices
Notes
For vegan version: Omit cheese and use vegan ranch dressing and tofu ‘bacon’
