Ingredients
1 lb ground turkey
1/4 cup buffalo sauce (no alcohol)
1 tbsp olive oil
1 celery stalk, diced
2 green onions, sliced
4 large lettuce leaves (romaine or butterlettuce)
1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt (or non-dairy alternative)
1/2 tsp garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat
Add ground turkey, cook until browned (8-10 minutes)
Stir in buffalo sauce, garlic powder, and diced celery
Simmer 2-3 minutes until thickened
Ladle turkey mixture into lettuce cups
Top each wrap with a dollop of Greek yogurt and green onions
Notes
Use aluminum-free buffalo sauce
Substitute zucchini slices for lettuce cups if preferred
Wrap tightly and store in fridge for up to 3 days
