Ingredients
1 lb ground turkey
4 oz fresh mozzarella cheese (16 oz total)
2 medium tomatoes (sliced)
1/4 cup torn fresh basil leaves
4 cups mixed salad greens
1 tbsp olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tbsp balsamic glaze (optional)
Instructions
Form turkey into 4 patties
Heat skillet on medium-high, add oil
Cook patties 4-5 minutes per side until browned
Halve mozzarella into 4 slices
Warm 1 tbsp balsamic glaze in oven if needed
Arrange greens on plates with patties
Top with mozzarella, tomato slices, and basil
Drizzle with glaze (if using)
Notes
Substitute olive oil for butter when cooking
Use turkey breast mixture for extra lean option
