Ingredients
4 oz thinly sliced turkey breast
2 oz low-moisture part-skim mozzarella cheese slices
6–8 cucumber ribbons
2 tbsp plain cream cheese (optional: garlic herb variation)
2 whole wheat flatbread tortillas
1 tbsp olive oil (optional for brushing tortillas)
Fresh dill or parsley (optional garnish)
Instructions
Rinse and pat dry 2 whole wheat tortillas
Slice cucumber lengthwise into thin ribbons
Spread 1 tbsp cream cheese evenly over each tortilla
Layer 2 oz turkey breast slices perpendicular to the center
Top each with 1-2 cheese slices and cucumber ribbons
Brush tortilla edges with olive oil
Roll tightly from one end to form wraps
Serve chilled or refrigerate for 10-15 minutes before serving

Store assembled wraps in an airtight container for up to 2 days
Freeze unrolled components separately for meal prep
