Ingredients
1.5 pounds turkey breast (cubed)
16 ounces fresh mozzarella balls (halved)
1 pint cherry tomatoes (halved)
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
Preheat grill to medium-high or heat a skillet over medium heat.
Thread ingredients onto metal skewers in the order: turkey cube, mozzarella half, cherry tomato half.
Brush skewers with olive oil and sprinkle garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper.
Grill or pan-sear 3-4 minutes per side, until turkey is golden and no longer pink.
Let rest 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
Brush kebabs with oil AFTER assembly to prevent seasoning from burning
Optionally serve with balsamic glaze
