Instructions
1. Lay out turkey slices on a clean work surface
2. Spread a dollop of cream cheese on each slice
3. Place a pickle spear horizontally at the center
4. Roll tightly, tucking in edges for secure closure
5. Chill rolls in refrigerator for 10-15 minutes to set
6. Garnish with fresh dill (optional) and serve
