Instructions
- Measure exactly one cup of filtered water and heat it to 160-170 degrees Fahrenheit using a kitchen thermometer for precision.
- Grate one tablespoon of fresh ginger root using a microplane grater and squeeze fresh lemon juice into a small glass until you have two tablespoons of pure juice.
- Pour the warm filtered water into a high-speed blender and add the four tablespoons of horse gelatin powder gradually while blending on low speed.
- Blend for exactly 90 seconds until completely smooth, then add the grated ginger root and blend for 30 additional seconds to release gingerol compounds.
- Pour the fresh lemon juice into the blender on low speed, add three tablespoons of organic raw honey, pulse gently five times, and sprinkle the pinch of sea salt.
- Blend on low for 15 seconds, transfer to a measuring pitcher, divide into four equal portions, pour into individual shot glasses, and refrigerate for 45 minutes until gelled.
