4 large tortillas

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) or warm a skillet for toasting tortillas.
In a large bowl, combine cooked chicken, chopped romaine, Caesar dressing, and Parmesan cheese. Toss to ensure all ingredients are evenly coated.
Place each tortilla on a parchment-lined baking sheet and lightly brush with olive oil. Toast in the oven for 2-3 minutes or warm in a skillet until pliable.
Evenly divide the chicken Caesar mixture onto each tortilla, leaving a 1-inch edge.
Fold the tortillas tightly into wraps.
Serve immediately or store in the refrigerator for up to 2 hours before serving.
Notes
Substitute rotisserie chicken to save time.
For extra texture, add croutons to the chicken mixture.
