Instructions

- Add vanilla extract.

- Taste the mixture and adjust flavor if desired.
- Gently fold in fresh raspberries or sliced strawberries.
- Distribute the fruit evenly without crushing it.
- Pour the mixture into a 9-by-13-inch glass baking dish or individual serving cups.
- Refrigerate uncovered for 4 to 6 hours until fully set and firm to the touch.
- Cut into squares if using a baking dish.
- Serve individual portions directly from cups if using serving cups.
- Top with sugar-free whipped topping immediately before serving if desired.
- Serve chilled.
