Ingredients
2 cups plain Greek yogurt
1 1/2 cups cottage cheese
1 cup dill pickle relish
1/4 cup pickle juice
1/2 cup chopped fresh dill
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp dill seeds (optional)
Instructions
Combine Greek yogurt and cottage cheese in a food processor or blender.
Blend until smooth and aerated.
Add dill pickle relish, pickle juice, minuscule garlic, salt, and pepper.
Mix until well combined. Fold in fresh dill and optional dill seeds.
Adjust consistency with additional pickle juice if needed.
Chill for at least 10 minutes before serving.
Notes
Serve chilled with sliced cucumbers, carrots, or gluten-free crackers.
Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 4 days.
Adjust dill and garlic to taste for personal preference.
