1 cup plain full-fat Greek yogurt
1/4 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
2 tablespoons fresh dill, finely chopped
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, finely chopped
1 teaspoon fresh chives, finely chopped
1 teaspoon sea salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon paprika (smoked or sweet)
1/4 teaspoon ground cumin (optional)
Instructions
In a large mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt and lemon juice.
Stir in minced garlic and olive oil.
Fold in fresh herbs (dill, parsley, chives).
Mix in sea salt, black pepper, paprika, and optional cumin.
Blend until smooth and fully combined.
Taste and adjust seasonings as needed.
Chill in refrigerator for 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
For a smoother texture, blend with an immersion blender or handheld mixer.
Customize with additional herbs like oregano or mint.
