Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C)
Place cod fillets on a baking sheet
Top each fillet with lemon slices, overlapping slightly
In a small bowl, mix olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper
Drizzle mixture over the fillets and lemons
