2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons butter (unsalted)
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 lemon, thinly sliced
1 teaspoon fresh parsley, chopped
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C)
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
In a small bowl, mix olive oil, butter, garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper
Brush the mixture evenly over tilapia fillets
Top each fillet with 2-3 lemon slices
Bake for 12-15 minutes, until fish flakes easily with a fork
