2 cups pecan halves (raw, unsalted)
1 tablespoon smoked paprika (sweet or hot variety)
1/3 cup olive oil (pure or refined)
2 tablespoons sea salt
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C)
Toss pecan halves with olive oil in a large bowl
Sprinkle smoked paprika and sea salt over the pecans, stirring until evenly coated
Spread pecans in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper
Roast for 15 minutes, stirring halfway, until golden and fragrant
Cool completely before transferring to airtight containers
Notes

Rotate baking sheet halfway if colors differ
Store in an airtight container for up to 10 days at room temperature
Can substitute walnut halves for pecans if preferred
