Ingredients
2 cups plain Greek yogurt
1 cup white chocolate chips
1 cup fresh strawberries, diced
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
Melt white chocolate chips in a microwave or double boiler
In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt with melted chocolate and vanilla extract
Fold in diced strawberries
Spread the mixture evenly on the prepared baking sheet
Freeze for 4 hours or until firm
Cut into 8 pieces and serve
Notes

For a dairy-free version, substitute Greek yogurt with coconut yogurt and verify white chocolate is dairy-free
