Ingredients
12 mini sweet peppers
1 (5 oz) can tuna, drained
4 oz cream cheese, softened
1 tbsp diced red onion
1 tbsp diced celery
1 tsp fresh dill, chopped
1 tsp lemon juice
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Wash and dry mini peppers; remove stems and seeds.
In a bowl, combine tuna, cream cheese, red onion, celery, dill, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth.
Fill each pepper with the tuna mixture using a small spoon or piping bag.
Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
Use high-quality canned tuna for best flavor.
Chill the stuffed peppers to let flavors meld and crispness remain.
Substitute feta cheese for a tangier flavor if preferred.
