4 large whole wheat tortillas
8 ounces deli turkey breast, thinly sliced
4 slices cheddar or mozzarella cheese
1 cup shredded lettuce
1 medium tomato, sliced
1/2 medium cucumber, sliced
1 tablespoon mayonnaise or mustard (optional)
Pinch of salt and pepper
Instructions
Lay each tortilla flat on a clean surface
Spoon a portion of turkey breast in the center
Top with cheese slice, lettuce, tomato, and cucumber
Add a dollop of mayonnaise or mustard if desired
Sprinkle salt and pepper to taste
Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll tightly to form a wrap
Notes
For extra flavor, add a few drops of olive oil or a squeeze of lime
